There's currently a pair of size 8 classic black campana flats on ebay with a starting price of $5.99, with 2 days 16 hours left and zero bids. Karmaloop has many pairs on sale, including these red heels for $29.95. For the bamboo and bronze campana models, at this point you'll have to try to convince the Melissa Phillippines online store to mail you a pair (I've tried). Or hope for the best at the next Melissa sample sale, at 520 W. 27th Street in New York starting Tuesday, November 16 (according to Racked NY).
