For the bamboo and bronze campana models, at this point you'll have to try to convince the Melissa Phillippines online store to mail you a pair (I've tried). Or hope for the best at the next Melissa sample sale, at 520 W. 27th Street in New York starting Tuesday, November 16 (according to Racked NY).
