Suno Sale

The fall/winter line from amazing brand Suno is all on sale on their website, including, from top, these earrings for $49.80 and $52.50 (were $166 and $175 -- a collaboration with jewelry designer Lizzie Fortunato); this scarf for $58.80 (was $196); this dress for $148.50 (was $495); and these pants for $112.50 (was $375). There are also a lot of Suno bathing suits on sale at Opening Ceremony.

More Virginia Johnson

In case I have not yet personally harassed you (you know who you are), trust me that you should get a wool shawl by the textile designer Virginia Johnson. I basically live in mine. Several are currently 50% off on the Virginia Johnson website, $97.50 instead of $195. Still pricey, but I think worth it (whatever that means). I like this black splash pattern, above, but this one and that one are also really nice.

Dress

I just noticed this silk patterned United Bamboo dress in a size 6 on sale at Bird for $139 down from $555. Anyone going to a wedding or other snazzy event?

Neverending Ankle Boots

I am seriously tempted by these brown booties, with a manageable 2.5 inch heel, from Loeffler Randall on MYHABIT for $158 (were $395).

Two-Tone Dresses

On eBay. From above, Mociun silk and stretchy dress with the amazing topo print, size large (but seems to run small), at $45 with one bid and one day left; and Rachel Comey size small silk and wool dress at $40 with zero bids and one day left (and a buy it now for $85).

Pointy Black Shoes

 

While I was staring fixedly at these Costume National pumps, above, the guy at best shoe store ever Gimme Shoes told me that pointy shoes are coming back into style. I never was a fan of pointy shoes, but I love the sophistication and geometric lines of these -- especially the chip out of the heel (now $186 online at Gimme Shoes, were $465), and the slightly more casual versatility of these 3.1 Phillip Lim pumps ($118 at Shopbop in size 40/9.5, were $395).

Boots

I like the ankle cut-out and zipper trim in these ankle boots by Senso, on sale at Need Supply Co. for $105 (were $185) with code EXTRA25 (good on all sale items).

Sale on Sale at Beklina

Online eco-friendly boutique Beklina is offering an extra 30% off sale items with code a30saleonly. Apparently it will only run for a very short, undisclosed amount of time. I like this Julie Park tunic for $63 (plus shipping and possibly tax, though was $220); this Shabd silk scarf for $63 (was $145); and these Rachel Comey sandals, in size 8.5 only, for $126 (were $375).
