I love this orange and gray spandex mini-dress for $46.25 (was $185, also comes in black and white); and have a longstanding obsession with this beautifully patterned silk "Waterline Dress" for $179.20 (was $448). Intarsia Sweaters

Are a consistent source of weakness for me. This YMC sweater is $29 right now on Gilt (was $176). I'd probably live in this Barlow cardigan, available at Tobi for $148 (from $297). And I can't help but get a kick out of this vintage Betsey Johnson pterodactyl sweater on eBay, currently at $25 with 3 days left.

Monochromatic (Dress) Dreams

From top to bottom, or fantasy to attainability: cobalt blue silk and wool dress by Shabd, now $314 (was $448); amazing red wool and jersey pleated dress by Timo Weiland on sale at Les Nouvelles for $176 (was $515) with code LN15 (see more gorgeous photos of this dress here); and gray wool Sea New York dress with silver buttons on eBay for $34.95 and $6 shipping (originally retailed for $400+). As a devoted fan of pieces with two shades of the same color, I have had my eye on all three for quite some time. I watched the Sea New York dress as its price progressively dropped on the now-defunct online boutique Standard Deviation but didn't take the bait. Seriously tempted now that it has resurfaced, but not sure this will fit or can be tailored.

Rachel Comey Sale Roundup

Summer Dress Re-runs

I know it's the snow-pocalypse in most of the country, but for those of us in warm places or just looking ahead, this awesome electric blue Mason by Michelle Mason dress posted before is still at Revolve in a size medium and now $40 (originally $209, plus probably further discounted with these promo codes) with free shipping. This Sophomore dress pictured immediately above is also still on La Rousse for $59 with free shipping (was $158, plus potential coupon codes) in a small and medium (I have one in light green, which I wear with no belt over leggings). And this size medium black and white Mociun dress on eBay at $50 with $5 shipping, one bid and about a day left is new -- well, new to here -- but fits right in.

Red Boots

By Les Prairies de Paris, on mega sale for $158 (were $525) at Kickpleat (in French sizes 37, 38, and 40). I don't know what it is about red shoes -- it started with a pair my mom bequeathed me from the 1970s that I wore for years and years until they just recently died -- but they get me every time.
